Courtyard New York Downtown Manhattan/Financial District Hotel

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, the common areas could be cleaner, and the noise level from the location was bothersome.

The staff were super friendly and the location was spot on, right next to lots of cool restaurants and the subway 🚇. The room was big and comfy, with all the kitchen stuff you need for a good chill session. Only small bummer was someone came in our room when we asked for no cleaning, snagged my special 2 dollar bill, and the hotel kinda brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal.

Despite some challenges with check-in and maintenance issues, the Courtyard New York Downtown Financial District was conveniently located, with nearby attractions and friendly front desk staff. We were able to easily walk to iconic landmarks such as One World Trade Center, Trinity Church, and the 9/11 Memorial. Lovely lobby with a 24-hour market and a restaurant that served decent food. The fitness center was well-equipped to counteract the effects of all the eating.
